  • Power zones will be established
  • 30 day training plan¬†

Podium Program ($169)

 

  • Includes training plan updated weekly with feedback
  • Includes one individual and structured training ride with Steven each month
  • Weekly changes allowed in training plan
  • Power, heart rate, speed, and training data analyzation included with training plan
  • Starting phone call consultation to develop training plan where goals and benchmarks will be established
  • One FaceTime video call per month

Championship Program ($229)

 

  • Includes training plan updated daily with feedback
  • Includes one individual and structured training ride with Steven each month
  • Unlimited changes allowed in training plan
  • Power, heart rate, speed, and training data analyzation included with training plan
  • Starting phone call consultation to develop training plan where goals and benchmarks will be established
  • Two FaceTime video calls per month

After completing your PayPal transaction , you will get an email and phone call from Coach Perezluha with client form and your training program will begin. 


Training Rides

Individual Training Rides

  • $45/Hour
  • This ride is 100% dedicated to athlete to which goes through a specific workout and training protocol. I will provide immediate hands on coaching and feedback for the rider
  • This ride will work on anything the rider is focusing on including: pushing yourself beyond what you can do on your own, time trial pacing, cornering practice, race tactics, intervals, hill climbing, cadence and pedaling efficiency, mental toughness, and more

Group Training Rides

  • $25/Hour
  • This ride is dedicated to a small group of riders to push them through a specific workout or training session while coaching and providing feedback for the riders
  • 3-10 riders per session

Event Training Rides

  • $15/Hour
  • Hands on coaching, feedback, and advice during an event such as a race, gran fondo, charity ride, century ride, or other events
  • Perfect way to help guide you through an event you need help with or are unfamiliar with

Performance Services

  • 20-Minute Power Testing
    • $45/Hour
    • This ride is designed to get your best 20-minute power reading ever. We will go through a specific warm up protocol and ride on a safe and uninterrupted course to ensure quality testing
    • An accurate 20 minute power test is a good measurement to help set up up to date power training zones which will result in optimal training
  • Bike Fitting: $295
  • Aerodynamics Analysis: Call Upon Request
